Can You Help Me With my Code Violation?
What is Local Law 152?
Local Law 152 mandates the inspection of gas piping systems of all buildings once every four years. This mandate includes exposed piping outside and inside the building, in boiler rooms, in all amenity and common spaces, rooftop mechanical spaces, and publicly-accessible areas. If you neglect to submit a certified inspection, you can be liable for a civil penalty of $10,000.00.
Do You Conduct Local Law 152 inspections?

How Do I Know if I Need a New Water Heater?
- Your water takes long time to heat
- Your water doesn’t heat at all
- Rust-colored water
- Water with a strange smell
- Water pooling at the base of your water heater
How often should I have maintenance done on my heating system?
We recommend twice a year in the spring and fall.
Why is preventative maintenance important?
Regular preventive maintenance keeps your building’s systems in good working order. Continual operation of your heating and plumbing systems results in unavoidable wear and tear. Bringing in Doyle Bros. to perform upkeep and look for small problems will save you money in the long run. A well-maintained plumbing and heating system will experience a longer lifespan, perform more efficiently, and help you avoid a major breakdown.
